view from my window changed...back

for a week we woke up to this...

 of course had to watch the sunset
each evening too.

 and the moon got in on the show for several nights.

 such grand adventures brown-eyed-handsome man
and i had. 
was a long time dream of mine, that came true.

now it's kind of hard to believe we really went,
and home already.

although the bone weary body,
and weedy flower beds prove some things
did and did not happen.

even though my suitcase refused to 
come home with me,
we still HAD A GRAND TIME.
